Workplace / AI workflow

From scattered bookings to a shared view.

The problem: Travel details and changes lived across emails, limiting visibility for Finance.

My contribution: Built and tested a recurring workflow to capture booking status, completed trips and credits due in a SharePoint tracker.

What I learned

Searching by sender domain improved coverage. Running weekly made the workflow more sustainable after frequent lookups consumed credits. The useful outcome was a clearer shared view, rather than another inbox to monitor.

Created a playful ride-rating experience with driver profiles, QR codes, Google sign-in and a private review dashboard.

Hands-on learning across application design, authentication, database policies and deployment, using AI coding tools.
